Mountain Cottage
The Mountain Cottage Remodel is a complete transformation of a 2005 mountain home in Park City, Utah. Spanning 5,522 square feet, this full home renovation reimagined every space while honoring the character and setting that made the home special in the first place.
Working alongside Bond Design Group, our team at Echelon Homes carefully renovated the home from the inside out, updating dated finishes, improving functionality, and bringing new life to the home's original structure. The result is a warm, timeless mountain retreat designed for the way our homeowners live, gather, and create memories.
Throughout this renovation, the focus was on thoughtful craftsmanship and intentional design. Existing architectural elements were refined rather than replaced, creating a home that feels elevated, comfortable, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Rich textures, natural materials, and timeless details come together to create spaces that feel both sophisticated and welcoming.

Studio Ranch Renovation
Not every renovation starts with a traditional commercial space. For this project, we partnered with Bond Design Company to transform an unconventional loft above a working horse stable into a functional, inspiring design studio tailored to the way their team works.
What began as an underutilized loft space became a thoughtfully renovated studio designed to support creativity, collaboration, and growth. Working closely with the Bond Design team, we helped bring their vision to life by creating a space that balances functionality, character, and comfort while embracing the unique setting that makes Studio Ranch so memorable.
This renovation focused on maximizing every square foot, improving workflow, and creating an environment that reflects the personality of the business itself. From client meetings and design presentations to content creation and day-to-day operations, the space was carefully crafted to support the many ways the studio is used.
Today, Studio Ranch serves as the home base for Bond Design Company, where ideas are developed, projects take shape, and exceptional homes begin their journey from concept to reality.

Off the Grid Cabin
This off-the-grid mountain residence redefines what a cabin can be—pairing large-scale living with refined, high-end finishes. Set in a remote landscape, the home was designed to feel both expansive and grounded, blending rugged surroundings with elevated craftsmanship.
Natural materials, rich wood tones, and layered textures carry throughout the home, creating warmth while complementing the surrounding environment. Oversized gathering spaces, custom millwork, and thoughtfully designed transitions between rooms allow the home to feel both grand and intentional.
Despite its scale, the home maintains a sense of comfort and livability—balancing luxury with the simplicity of off-grid living. Every detail was executed with precision, resulting in a one-of-a-kind retreat that feels both impressive and deeply connected to its setting.
